Life is hard. And then it gets complicated. I believe I
can help. You deserve a good life, to feel good about who you are
individually and in your relationships and to be at peace. I believe
that I can help you understand how you got to this present moment of
your life and how to get to where you want to be which is to feel happy
and healthy about yourself and about your relationships. I have over
30 years of experience working as a therapist. Therapy is a process of
curiosity, discovery, understanding and understanding your choices.
And, it is the process of believing that you are lovable, important,
worthwhile, good enough and of becoming empowered. It is also a
process of learning how to communicate assertively and effectively and
of establishing and maintaining healthy relationships. I primarily work with individuals and couples taking a
cognitive-behavioral and systems approach in therapy. I am
direct and directive. I enjoy being a therapist. I want to make your
experience in therapy beneficial, dynamic and even enjoyable. Therapy
